ATTORNEY ERIC PITSCH began his legal career with Hinshaw & Culbertson practicing Insurance Defense Law. From a diverse
beginning, his practice progressed and other firms took notice. After being recruited to another law firm, Eric’s practice continued to
grow, which led him to open his own office.
While being born in the Fox Valley, Eric grew up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in the City of Niagara, attending Niagara High School,
until relocating back to Appleton and graduating from Appleton East High School. He then attended the University of Wisconsin - Stevens
Point where he majored in Psychology and earned his Baccalaureate Degree. Eric started his Postgraduate work at the University of
Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he majored in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology, earning his Masters of
Science Degree. After that he attended Oxford University - Magdalen College were he studied International Law. Eric then went on to
Study International & Comparative Law and IP Law in Florence, Italy through the University of San Diego School of Law. Finally, he
completed his education at Western Michigan University earning his Juris Doctor Degree in Law with an emphasis in Litigation. In
addition to practicing law, Eric is an acknowledged researcher, author and adjunct college professor. Over and above the numerous
professional research articles that he has published, Eric’s book “Lawyers, Mental Health Professionals & the Legal System” received
outstanding reviews. As an instructor for Cardinal Stritch University, Eric taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Law,
